Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you physically receives the goods.

To exercise this right, notify us before the period expires via email at support@trendofferstore.com or through our Contact page. Our team will acknowledge within 24–48 hours and provide a return reference number and detailed shipping instructions.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must all be met:

  • Return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed — in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals and accessories included
  • The return reference number must be included inside or on the parcel
Note: If returned goods show signs of use beyond normal inspection, we may reduce the refund amount proportionally. We'll always notify you before processing a reduced refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For most orders, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return shipping is free of charge in these cases:

  • The product listing or promotional offer explicitly states free returns
  • You received a defective, damaged, or materially incorrect product
  • We sent you the wrong item entirely
Original delivery charges are only refundable if you return your entire order and the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, was damaged in transit, or doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description, and photos where possible. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with one of these resolutions:

  • Replacement: a new item dispatched at no cost (subject to availability)
  • Full Refund: including original shipping if no replacement is possible or desired
  • Partial Refund: if you prefer to keep a slightly imperfect item — entirely your choice

We arrange return logistics at our expense for all defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:

Gift cards and voucher codes of any kind

Non-returnable items are clearly flagged on their product page. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you with the result. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — allow 5–10 additional business days for bank processing.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 14 days, check your bank first, then contact us at support@trendofferstore.com.
