All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We take care to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences, and product images are for illustrative purposes only.

In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a substitute product, a backorder, or a full refund.

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with EU tax law, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price shown at the time you placed your order. No price change will affect an order that has already been confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (processed securely via our payment provider)
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment in cash upon delivery to the courier

The order process on our website involves the following steps, in compliance with Article 8 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

We ship to 30+ European countries. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as these depend on the carrier and customs processes for non-EU destinations.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon physical delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be held at a collection point and you will be notified.

In accordance with Articles 9–16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically received the goods. For orders containing multiple items dispatched separately, the period begins from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Notify us before the 14-day period expires by:

• Sending an email to support@trendofferstore.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw
• Using the standard withdrawal form available on our Return Policy page

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Items returned under the right of withdrawal must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and where possible in original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order and include photographs of the issue.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

All products sold by TrendOfferStore are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity under Directive 2019/771/EU (Sale of Goods), implemented in national law across all EU Member States.

Where Cash on Delivery is selected as the payment method, you agree to pay the full order amount — including shipping costs — in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

• Please have the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a designated collection point
• If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or databases
• Engage in any data scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without our written consent
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use our website for any commercial resale or arbitrage purpose without our express written consent

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account and, where relevant, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, icons, and software — is the property of TrendOfferStore or our content suppliers and is protected by EU and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content from this website without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrendOfferStore shall not be liable for:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We will display the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice to registered customers by email. Your continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Orders already placed and confirmed at the time of a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.
